The tanks all look dirty and uncared for. The fish are poor quality, and frequently there are dead ones that havent been removed from the aquariums. On top of this, the place is really overpriced, especially on dry goods, and the staff are useless, and would rather stand around chatting among themselves than actually help a customer. On the few occasions i have been in there and have had to ask for help, the staff acted like it was a real hassle for them to even bother speaking to me. All in all, i wouldnt waste your time with this sad excuse of a store! There are more than usual (for most shops) of fish suffering, dying or dead everytime I go. The store always looks a complete tip and the staff seem to reflect the state of the surroundings. I would nott reccommend it to anyone. Its not unusual to see no air being pumped into some of the tanks. The staff aren't exactly helpful either - it seems to be a real hardship for them everytime you ask them to get something for you - such as RO water. I hate going somewhere where the staff do not come up to you and ask you if you need any help. Its a small shop but holds a good varied stock of fish and inverts. The large marine tank on display is unbelievable. They ideally need to stock some more dry goods but Im sure they'll get them in for you if you want. I thoroughly recommend it. - They do RO water too.
